What does “print on demand” mean?

Print on demand means every item is made just for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste, ensures fresh prints, and supports more sustainable apparel production.

How long does production take?

Most items are printed and prepared within 2–4 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–6 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Where are your products made?

All My Lucky Tee products are fulfilled through trusted U.S. print partners who specialize in premium, sustainable apparel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, we can only change or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As a print-on-demand store, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and we’ll happily replace the item or provide a solution.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend comparing the measurements to a favorite tee or hoodie you already own.

What materials do you use?

Most apparel features organic or responsibly sourced cotton. Product pages list full fabric details for each style and color.

Are your prints eco-friendly?

Yes! Our printing partners use water-based or eco-certified inks whenever possible to keep our products planet-friendly.

Do your items shrink?

Most items are preshrunk or shrink minimally when washed according to the care instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options available during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States. We plan to expand in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Will all my items arrive together?

Not always. Because items may be fulfilled by different print partners, your order may arrive in separate packages.

What if the tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my order?

Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help look into it.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Not currently, but you can send items directly to the recipient. Our packing slips never show prices.

Can I request a custom design?

We’re not offering individual custom designs yet, but we love hearing customer ideas for future collections!

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes across our collections. Most t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are available in sizes XS–3XL. Be sure to check individual product pages for specific sizing details and fit guides.

How should I care for my items?

To keep your items looking great, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Most items can be shipped internationally. Items that can't be shipped outside the USA are clearly stated as such.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5–10 business days once shipped.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because many items are printed to order, some returns may be limited. See our full return policy for details.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Many of our garments, especially our organic tees, are made with eco-friendly materials and responsible production practices. Look for details on each product page.

How do I care for my My Lucky Tee apparel?

Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on the print to keep your items looking great.

Why does my item have a mild “new print” smell?

Some print-on-demand products may have a slight scent from the printing process. It’s normal and disappears after the first wash.
